1. Download Media Player Classic.

2. Extract the zip file, open mplayerc.exe, and play your file using the program.
3. Go to File-> Save Thumbnails.
4. Choose name for your image file, and it will start to generate it.

Some Tips:
1. When you are naming the image filename, look below it. You will see three options, Rows, Columns, pixels. Rows x Columns= number of images. So if you want more than 16 screenshots, simply increase coloumn or row to 5.
If you want the screenshot to bigger size, you can increaste image width from 1024 to 1600.
