I don't own a console, but i've played most to wii, and i really like it.

For Xbox, i've tried Gears of war (truly amazing), Smackdown (wtf? xD) and a game of zombies (i can't remember the name); they're quite good.

I haven't tried PS3, so i can't say anything, but i find it quite expensive, isn't it?

Wii. My first reason is that it is host to the Twilight Princess Zelda game. My reason for sticking with Nintendo is largely due to the greatest game series out there.

I think I like the 360 the most, I don't really have the kind of money I'd need to get a PS3, and as of right now I don't see any games out for it that I really want. The Wii is cool , but the games aren't really deep enough for me to get into; even Zelda is a little light. The 360 is sorta the console for people who play games a lot, which is probably why I enjoy it so much. Also the CoD4 beta is amazing.

in my opinion it depends what games do you like to play. Myself I like both the PS3 and Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 just for Halo 3 thats the only reason I like it. PS3 is my favorite because it's coming out or has out some pretty good looking Gundam games ex:Gumdam Crossfire and Destiny Warrior.

impossible to say which is better each person has there own style. you have to think about game play, graphics and hardware. and upgradability.

There are a lot of sony fanboys in the world but if you compare 360 and ps3 without fanboy glasses on there is no way ps3 can compete. 360 has the better price, lots of games, a lot more higher rated games, and all the games that are on both systems look better on the 360.

If you can't live without final fantasy and a few other sony only games then by all means get a ps3 but if you want the best bang for your buck and want to enjoy many games and the best versions of those games then 360 is the only way to go

i think that the best console from them is the ps3. although it's the most expensive of them all i think it offers a good price value with the best graphics and some of the best games. i must say that the other two consoles are also great console with the 360 having a long line-up of games, and the Wii with its revolutionary gameplay experience!

Well personally I think all 3 have their strongpoints.

PS3 is the most technologically advanced. Sony wants the PS3 to last for 10 years before PS4 is necessary. So they cram packed it will everything you might need... BluRay, Bluetooth, HD compatibility, HDMI, gave it a lot of power. They are alos working hard on making it a bit more online oriented with games like Home, and Little Big Planet. Games you can play with your friends online. Only time will tell if their online experience will be a hit or miss. Performance wise, PS3 takes the cake, if you have a High Def display you can definately see the difference between PS3 and 360... You will see more effects, better lighting, more complex physics, and higher resolution textures. Thanks to its processing power. Personally I think that if you like to sit down , relax and get into a good platformer by yourself and just be in awe by the beautiful graphics PS3 is for you.

Xbox 360 is definately the king when it comes to the online experience. Xbox Live is easy to use... has countless of features and it's graphics are by no means anything to complain about. Also at this point the 360 has been around for a while already and MS has ironed out a lot of problems and are well underway refining their console and making it better. One downside of the 360 is it's reliability... there are a lot of cases of the famous "Ring of death" which requires you to send your precious gaming machine to MS for fixing. On the other hand MS has addressed this issue by increasing the consoles warranty. If you like getting online with friends and just getting into a game to have some fun, 360 is probably your best bet.

Wii. Well I have one and I hate it. The only good thing about it is the shitty opera web browser. I will admit Wii sports was fun for the first week, but then it just wasn't. Personally I don't consider the Wii a next gen console, it's a gamecube with a poorly executed motion tracking conrtoller gimmick. If anything it's a expensive party favor, you bust it out when you friends are around and play it for a few hours and then it goes back to collecting dust. Its graphics are simply the worst, they could've at least tried to push for 720i. 480i is just sad... Nintendo is relying on its exclusive titles for success. I think Mario Galaxy will do well, but will come nowhere close to being as good as Mario 64. Although I have to say that out of all the consoles Wii is the sexiest looking, but you buy a console to play games not take it to bed and get it sticky.

Review:

PS3 - Most toys, best visuals, best single player games.
360 - Most variety in games to date, good graphics, best for playing online.
Wii - A+ for Ingenuity, D- for execution... Only good for exclusive titles.

as of now its Wii, but with Halo 3, Xbox 360 can bounce back; PS3 is a disappointment thus far, but we'll see what happens.
