(15s commercial for the new Darker than BLACK: Ryuusei no Gemini series aired after this weeks' episode of Basquash)
This one focuses on the new girl Suou talking about the stars and has a nice piano piece in the background, but it’s again stuff that was already shown in the longer promo video that’s available on the official site.
..Well Here's Some Infor that i Have Collected So Far:

- As you can see, the new protagonist. Suou/Shion Pavlichenko, is a girl. Her twin brother gains contractor powers after losing his right eye in an accident with a falling metor fragment. His renumeration is being confined to a wheelchair and details on his power(s) have not been released.
Hei is a hippy. It' very obvious. The carnival mask and mullet proves it. Contrary to other opinions, I think the new hair style actually suits him. It has been confirmed that Hei will be styling a shorter haircut and wear glasses later in the show.
Suou Pavlichenko. She is so much cuter without the constant panicky shrilly voice, it amazes me. By the way, she is holding a sniping rifle in the first screenshot. Maybe she won't be a useless side character after all:)
Suou's contractor twin brother. Since they are twins, I suspect his last name is also Pavlichenko. Why is he happy when he only has one eye?
Side Character. Check!!
Scientist Character. Check!!
+Plus here are Some More Characters:
^ Her name Translates: Leaf Moon Water Nothing.
Big round eyes. Cuddly furry creature. Roadkill!!
No need to fear, Yin and Hei are here!! (Or to be precise there are in Russia)
We rarely see Hei actually smile in the series, yet here he is, smiling in his sleep. What could he be dreaming about?
What I'm afraid of:
1. This will become another Code Geass R2 (though I'm a bit more optimistic Cuz it's the same staff as last season, Unlike Code Geass R2)
2. Too much fan service or Stupid Japanese anime jokes (because the new characters designs do hint at fanservice and and stupid anime jokes..)
+Plus:
Darker than Black: Shikkoku no Hana is a Manga that takes place 1 year after the first series. It is more of a single case arc shot story than a full blown Manga.
I don't expect it go beyond a few chapters, since the anime will be coming out in October.
