In the final part of death note, when Kira gets killed by Near ... if Kira were to have survived, do you believe that the world would have turned out how Light imagined it?
-and would he himself end up corrupt?

* Light always found ways to 'improvise'
* If L wouldn't have revealed himself, then he might have found Light at some point, judging from that, what if... somebody else was just 'observing'?
* All which could be of trouble were killed, but on who would he rely? Wouldn't he go insane?
* Even kira would die at some point... and there is no other soul that could hold that much power... therefore the 'Perfect Society' would turn into twice as much chaos after his death... kira or not.

Well, I think if light had actually let them take him away in handcuffs, he could probably use his watch while coughed to kill them off.
Since no one else knew about the meeting, he would be totally free afterwards to do whatever he wanted, right?

Well Light would become corrupt in the end.. killing ppl who loved him.. like those few girls who were killed coz they wudnt reveal much abt him b4 it was too late!!
so a perfect world witout any1 for him wud really wud hav driven him to madness!

Those with power become corrupt over time .
The show had to end somehow because of money or some weird reason else I'd be on today.
In the end things would never turn out how he'd want it to be because of other factors bla bla bla
